Concept
The Y in Y-3 stands for Yohji Yamamoto and the 3 stand for the three stripes of Adidas. I wanted to put more emphasis on the 3 stripes from Adidas.
I wanted to make sure the form of the dynamic element was very flexible and easy to change.

Adding 3 flowing stripes to the logo but keeping it black and white to highlight Adidas but keeping it Yohji Yamamoto.
the element is flexible as it can be changed through mouse movement or pattern input. And can be used for editorials or graphics for clothing itself.
